When sending an art file on disk
(3.5" floppy or Zip disk), please include the following:

– A colored hard copy, or black and white with colors specified.
– – – Submit art files in tiff, bmp, pict or Adobe Illustrator
eps.
– – – All fonts used in document unless fonts have been converted
to paths.
– – – Label the disk with customer name, date and file type.
When sending art files by e-mail (scharpf@scharpfsembroidery.com)
– – – Specify color on the document layout.
– – – Make sure all elements used in the document, (ie, eps,
bmp,tiff or pict) are included in the attached e-mail file.
– – – Make sure that a fonts folder with the fonts used (unless
converted to paths) accompanies that attached e-mail file.
